Athletics Carnival - Week 3 – Friday 31 July – Full Community Invitation

A reminder to our community that our Athletics Carnival will be taking place on Friday 31July – all parents and carers are invited and are encouraged to dress up in their children's house colours. 

Below is our compass post that has been sent to all students:

TURN UP, DRESS UP and PARTICIPATE!!!!!!!!

Remember our SWPBS expected behaviours from our matrix are ‘I will actively participate’ and ‘I will keep trying’. Therefore, to help your house win, you need to attend dressed in house colours, participate in as many events as possible and keep trying your hardest.  Every event you go in means points for your house, most points wins…. simple isn’t it!

Prizes to be won…… 

1.  Prize A– any homeroom that has 100% attendance to our athletics carnival and dressed in house colours will receive a free whole class lunch at our new College Café. Bonus prize if everyone participates
2.  Prize B – we have 22 College Café Vouchers to the value of $5 each. Each homeroom will be allocated two vouchers to award to the best dressed students in that homeroom.  Your homeroom teacher will decide; get thinking, get organised and get dressed up!

We want you to turn up, dress up, participate in as many events as possible and while participating keep trying your hardest.

Whole School Assembly – Tuesday 28 July 

Just extending an invitation to all parents and carers to attend our Whole School Assembly on Tuesday 28/7 at 12.10pm in Steel Stadium.  Please enter via Chapel Street at the Primary School oval gate.

Uniform – Friendly Reminders

1. Undergarments must be navy blue
2. Hoodies are not permitted to worn as part of our school uniform
3. Black is not navy blue, especially with our track suit pants 
4. Only beanie permitted to worn with out school uniform  is our school beanie
