Prep Learning Reflection

Weeks 5 - 6 

Prep has been settling beautifully into our classroom routines, and it has been wonderful to see how quickly students are growing in confidence and independence. A big thank you to families for supporting home reading – it has been fantastic to see so many reading folders returned to school each day. This daily practice makes a huge difference in supporting students’ reading growth.

We have also been working very hard on our letter and number formation. The progress students have made in such a short time has been amazing, and they should be very proud of their efforts!

Harmony Week is coming up soon, and we are looking forward to celebrating the diversity of our school community. Please keep an eye on Compass for updates and information about how we will be marking the week. We are also very excited for the Block Party on Thursday 20 March and hope to see many of our Prep families there!
