Life in the LRC

Last week schools across Australia celebrated 80 years of storytelling with the Children’s Book Council of Australia’s Children’s Book Week. This year’s theme, “Book an Adventure!” provided an opportunity for staff and students to join in many activities and competitions, whilst embracing the joy of reading. 

The following students are the lucky winner of our competitions:

Our overall winner Lucas wins a Book Week prize pack.

All other winners will receive a $10 Canteen voucher which will applied directly to their canteen account.

We are pleased that so many people took part and would like to thank our many new Library Assistants who helped to make the week a great success!
