Rotary Next Steps Program at CAS

We recently had one of our students, Maddison, take part in the Streat program. It is a work readiness program where students learn barista and general cafe skills alongside a leadership program. Maddison did a 9-week intensive and was offered a job at the end of her placement! Maddison even gave a speech at the graduation ceremony. Ecem, who runs the Rotary Next Step Program, works with every student to support their Work Experience placements and career pathways.

Excursions at CAS

Students participated in an excursion exploring influential and popular video games, including Minecraft, Final Fantasy XIV Online, The Elder Scrolls Online, SimCity, and Stardew Valley. Through this excursion, students engaged with interactive digital worlds, gaining insight into game design, storytelling, creativity, and the cultural impact of video games.
