Hope is receiving this award for the amazing effort she has put into researching a river in writing. She shared an impressive amount of knowledge about the Nile and then continued to extend her learning by researching and recording additional facts. Keep up the great work, Hope!

This award is presented to Heath for the fantastic effort he has taken with his reading and writing this week. Heath listened intently when our mentor text-Matilda was being read and was able to summarise chapters 5 and 6 including our vocab word ‘appalled’ in one of the sentences.
