District Athletics Carnival

Last Wednesday, August 14th, 60 of our students proudly represented CGPS at the District Athletics Carnival held at Casey Fields Athletics Track. Not only did they demonstrate remarkable athletic abilities, but they also embodied the values of our school throughout the entire event. We are incredibly proud of their efforts and achievements on the day. Our students showcased excellent sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork, setting a positive example for others.

A big thanks to Brent, Jenny, Joel and Amber who supervised the students throughout the day and made sure they made their events. Thanks to parents who were able to come and cheer the CGPS students on.

A special congratulations goes out to Asher H (200m), Ben J (Discus), Braxton S (100m), Alvina ST (Discus), Laya S (1500m), and Brooke W (800m) for advancing to the Division Athletics Carnival. This event will take place on Wednesday, September 18th, also at Casey Fields. We wish them the best of luck and know they will represent CGPS with pride.
