SvC defeat Hutchins in Grand Final

St Virgil's triumphed over Hutchins by a huge margin to take the Southern SATIS Second Grade AFL title on Wednesday night.

In a highly-anticipated Grand Final, SvC defeated Hutchins 7.9 (51) to 2.3 (15) at Geilston Bay Oval.

Played in very chilly conditions, it was a tough, highly-contested and scrappy contest, with both teams working hard around the ball. sVc maintained the upper hand throughout the game, showing great resilience and determination to secure a well-deserved 36-point victory.

Congratulations to the entire Second Grade AFL team and coaching staff on an outstanding season and a fantastic Grand Final performance. Thanks to Hutchins for a great game.
