This year’s PBOB23 (Southside) saw The Ripoffs play off against 7 other local primary school parent bands at The Prince Bandroom. Not only did they walk away with second prize (awesome), but thanks to support from the community who came along in their masses, also managed to receive a novelty cheque for $1,020 (absolutely amazing). Not only are the band proud of their own efforts, but Mr G was chuffed to be able to buy a new portable PA system. 

In other exciting news, as The Ripoffs have automatically qualified for the inaugural PBOB23 Southside vs Northside Battle at The Corner Hotel, Richmond on Thursday November 16. This event is going to be exciting and hugely competitive. The parents are spending all of their spare time preparing for this event, and need the support of the entire community. Make sure you get on board and support the band and the school at what is sure to be an amazing night. Remember proceeds from ticket sales go back into the Ripponlea Primary School music program. RIPPER RUNFEST - SAVE THE DATE

Saturday the 18th of November from 11am - 4pm we will be holding our inaugural Ripper Runfest! 

It will be a day of entertainment, food trucks, good times and of course running! 

More details to come in the first week of term 4, but for now put the date in your diaries so you don’t miss a day of family fun!
