Bulding Blocks Grant for Glen Edithvale Kindergarten

Glen Education was thrilled to host Hon. Lizzie Blandthorn MP and Tim Richardson MP at Glen Edithvale Kindergarten in July, along with partners from Kingston Council and the Department of Education. Minister Blandthorn announced our $440K Building Blocks Grant, securing the kindergarten's future with enhanced facilities. With additional investment from Glen Education, we've increased daily capacity and upgraded infrastructure, furniture, and equipment. This milestone reflects our commitment to enriching children's lives and families.  We introduced Minister Blandthorn to our partners from BV Designs, KADA Constructions, and Raso Architects, whose support and dedication ensured remarkable results within a tight timeline.  During the visit, children delighted in showing Minister Blandthorn their capabilities, treating her to homemade afternoon tea and sharing stories of their kindergarten experiences. Her engagement highlighted the positive impact of funding on our educational quality. 

Glen Education proudly demonstrates our dedication to early childhood education and community service. Through play-based learning, we foster holistic development and uphold high standards. Thank you to all who contributed, especially our educational team and the children, for sharing their learning space with us.

Glen Education have a deep commitment to helping kindergartens in ways that ensure we can provide exceptional education to the community through the delivery of high-quality education to young children and their families.  

Edithvale 70th Birthday Celebration

We invite all Glen Edithvale Kindergarten families, educators and local community to join us and celebrate the kindergarten being operational for 70 years.

Plans are well underway and thank you to the Glen Edithvale Kindergarten Teachers and VPG for their support.  We hope to see you all there.
