Hello TPS community,
Starting next week from the 25th of November to 10th of December is 16 Days of Activism against gender based violence.
The Rainbow club has created a calendar of activities that we hope you will take part in with us. Some of the activities will be for you and your children to do at home, such as reading some books about children’s rights, diversity, and belonging, and spreading some kind words. We also encourage your kids to come to the Wellbeing Club on Tuesdays lunchtimes for the next 3 weeks where we will be leading fun workshops to make paper doves and hearts, as well as paint kindness rocks that you can give to friends.
16 Days of Activism is a campaign founded to unite people worldwide to raise awareness, challenge discrimination, and call for action to end violence against women and girls.
Rainbow club will also be participating in the 2025 walk against family violence (WAFV) on the 28th of November and will share more about their experience at assembly the week after.
