U15 Boys Basketball 

CHS State Knockout Runners Up 

Last Friday our Under 15's Boys Basketball team travelled to Griffith for the South West Gala Day in the CHS State Knock-Out.

All of the boys played so well throughout the day, with teamwork, tenacity and a whole lot of skill on display for all to see. 

After defeating Wade High School by 8 points in a tough contest, they progressed to the final against a Griffith High School side that had recently made the semi finals of the NSW Basketball all Schools Tournament. Our boys didn't let this stop them though as they fought tooth and nail on every possession, for every loose ball, for every rebound and they didn't stop until the final buzzer sounded.

Griffith High School were too good in the end with a 20 point victory, while our boys finished second out of 7 schools in the south west region.
