Principals Message

As we move through Term 3, I would like to take a moment to thank all our Stage 6 students and their families for their active participation in the recent Subject Information Night held on Tuesday. Your effort and support are greatly appreciated as we navigate the important process of subject selection for 2027.
At this stage, students in Years 10 and 11 are continuing their journey by making appointments with our Careers Adviser, Mrs Ing. These meetings are a valuable opportunity to discuss individual subject choices and career pathways, ensuring each student’s selections align with their goals and aspirations. Please remember that all completed subject choice forms must be returned to the school office by Friday, Week 5 – August 21.
Meanwhile, our Stage 5 Year 8 students will begin their selection process this week as they prepare to choose their Year 9 and 10 electives. Students have been provided with an electives booklet that contains comprehensive information about each option. They will also participate in an information session and will have opportunities to ask questions to help guide their decisions. Like Stage 6, the elective choice forms for Year 8 are due back by Friday, Week 5 – August 21.
For our Year 12 cohort, this is the final term of their secondary schooling journey. It promises to be an exciting and memorable time filled with celebrations, fundraising events, and competitions such as The Legends Cup. We look forward to supporting our Year 12 students as they complete this important chapter and prepare for the opportunities ahead.
Thank you once again to our entire school community for your ongoing commitment and involvement. Together, we continue to support our students as they make important decisions about their futures.
