Dear families,
It’s hard to believe Term 3 is almost over! It is a busy term with a lot of fun things still to come.
It was wonderful to see the school community gather for the Book Week Parade! Congratulations to the families for helping the children put together their costumes.
We are also looking forward to Athletics Day which is always another great school community event! Particularly thinking of the Grade 6’s with this being their last Athletics Day at St Brendan’s.
Next Friday will be the last donut week – with donuts for sale for $1.00 at lunchtime on Friday 11 September!
Happy Father’s Day to all the father’s and father figures in our school community!

Current events and fundraisers
Father’s Day Stall
Thank you to those who supported the Father’s Day Stall, orders were sent home on Tuesday. We hope the children enjoy giving their gifts to someone special on Father’s Day.
Through this fundraiser we raised over $250.00. We look forward to talking to the school about how these funds can be spent.
Canteen Friday – Cinnamon Donuts
Our final week of selling cinnamon donuts at lunchtime during Term 3, will be Friday 11 September 2026. We hope to start selling Zooper Doopers on Fridays in Term 4.
Book Week Colouring Competition
Congratulations to the winners of the Book Week Colouring Competition! Prizes were awarded at the Book Week Parade.
St Brendan’s School Community Recipe Book
Thank you to those who submitted recipes! Recipes are now being compiled into a book to be printed and ready for sale in Term 4.

P&F Involvement
Involvement in the P&F and the school community comes in all different forms and doesn't need to be a big time commitment.
Please reach out to the P&F if you may be able to help out during the year. Requests for help are sent out via PAM/Simon and the newsletter.
If you are interested in becoming a Committee Member – please contact us to have a chat. Being a part of the Committee isn’t a large time commitment and there are no set requirements of a member.
