Book Week 

Book Week in the Library

During Book Week the Library was open before school where a variety of activities happened.

On Monday our preschool aged children gathered to sing rhymes and complete puzzles. On Tuesday we had lots of families gather to complete a beautiful symphony of music using stories on the library wall. On Wednesday students made themselves a bookmark to go in their favourite book and on Thursday everyone enjoyed doing a puzzle sheet.

If you haven't got into the library yet to see the display, please do so. This years shortlisted books will be on display till the end of term. We also have a display of student work from Years 3-6, who have designed and created their own book covers. 

A huge thankyou to Michelle and Miss Hampson who spent lots of hours setting up and tidying up in the library. A Big thanks to Mrs Pellegrino and Mrs Buzza for working with the 3-6 students on their artwork that went on display. 

Finally, thank you to all the parents and families who joined us for book week. We appreciate your support. Please keep coming into the library of a morning, we love having you in there!
