The Resilience Project

Gratitude and Wellbeing at Our School
As part of our work with The Resilience Project, students are exploring the idea of gratitude. Gratitude helps children notice and appreciate the positives in their lives, supporting stronger relationships, improved mood, and greater resilience, instead of focussing on what we don't have, or what we "miss out" on.
In classes, using our GEM Chats, students are encouraged to share “three good things” and reflect on positive moments throughout their day.
You can support this at home by asking simple questions like, “What made you smile today?” or “What are 3 things that went well for you today?”
Survey Reminder
We are inviting students to complete the Resilient Youth Survey as a part of TRP which helps us better understand and support student wellbeing. All responses are confidential, and we appreciate your support. A reminder to get in touch with Ms Davies or Hannah if you would like more info about the survey.
Together, we can continue building a positive and resilient school community!
