🎄 BBPS Christmas Carnival – Friday 28 November 2025 🎄

Get ready BBPS – our much-loved Christmas Carnival is back!

Mark your calendars for Friday 28 November 2025 – it’s going to be an afternoon of fun, food, and festivities for the whole family!

To make this event a huge success, we need YOU – our amazing school community – to get involved.

👩‍👩‍👧 We Need Volunteers!

We are currently forming our Christmas Carnival Working Committee and are looking for parents with skills or enthusiasm to help in these areas:

• Marketing & Promotions – spread the word far and wide
• Sponsorship & Donations – connect us with local businesses and supporters
• Food Truck Sourcing – help secure an amazing line-up of food trucks
• Compliance & Logistics – assist with planning and approvals

🎪 Grade Stalls & Activities

Each grade will be running a stall or activity, and your Class Reps will soon reach out to organise rosters and supplies. This is a great way to get involved and meet other parents!

🎁 Sponsorship, Raffle & Silent Auction

We’re calling on the BBPS community to help with overarching events Sponsorships. Sponsors will receive prominent positioning in all marketing communications for the event across digital, print and outdoor. Benefiting from this fun bayside event that sees over 600 people on the day and a huge amount of exposure in the lead up. Activation opportunities also exist. Raffle and Silent Auction

We are looking for items such as:

• Candles, beauty products, homewares
• Health & fitness vouchers
• Gourmet non-perishable food (chocolates, specialty items)
• Alcoholic beverages (please drop at the school office)
• Anything you would love to bid on or see in your house

Donation boxes will be in every classroom and at reception.

💡 Class Challenge: The class with the most donations wins a Pizza Party! 🍕

🍯 Lucky Jars Needed

The Lucky Jar stall is always a crowd favourite! Fill a jar with small treasures – lollies, hair accessories, matchbox cars, pencils, stickers – get creative! Boxes for all donations will located in each class room.

More information and ticket sales will be coming out in Week 1, Term 4 – so stay tuned!
