Book Parade Report, Library Captains reflections

The Parade itself was fantastic! Everybody marched out with pride and gusto in their brilliant costumes, it was great to host and see the huge smiles on their faces, some even had wings and helmets. The excitement and the creativity blew us away! Kids from every grade and class paraded around the hall fearlessly.  Even the teachers dressed up to celebrate the 80th anniversary of book week.

A Great Thank You to Mr. Stock. We greatly  appreciate your help and assistance for hosting the Book Parade with us . For us, it was quite an experience to host such a grand event (alongside Mr.Stock). We enjoyed the Book Parade very much, hosting and seeing the wonderful costumes everyone came up with.

Grade 2 won our whole school 3 a day reading challenge and got 300 house points for each student! Don’t forget to keep reading!
