The Dreamers Netball Match is almost here!
On Saturday 18th October at 2pm the annual Mum’s Dreamers Netball Match will be taking place at Brighton Primary School. Come along, cheer on the mums, and enjoy a fun afternoon with a sausage sizzle and drinks available to purchase. There will also be an after-party that evening at Brighton Beach Hotel at 7pm, all welcome - players, partners, supporters! No tickets needed, just come along and join the fun!
In the lead-up, our mums have been hitting the court every Sunday from 3:30 - 4:30pm at BBPS. The sessions are open to everyone - whether you’re playing in the big game or just keen for some fun, fitness, and a few laughs. All abilities are welcome, and kids can come along too, they have been enjoying having a game at the end!

The Dreamers footy team would like to say a huge thank you to all involved in making the Saturday before last such a success. Without everyone chipping in the day would not be possible, so thank you!
Huge shout out to all that put their bodies on the line, or were involved on or in the lead up to the day, and special mention to our wonderful playing teachers – Ms Hammill, Mr Crossland & Mr Stock! A big thanks also to those that came along to support us. Seeing family, friends and teachers cheering us on makes a huge difference and shows what a wonderful community we have around us.
It was a game played in good spirits by both teams and whilst we didn’t get the win on the field, we’ve had another strong year in terms of fundraising for the school. This has a significant impact on the kids and resources and is the reason we keep going year after year – here’s to 2026!

Join the Dream:
It’s more than just Footy! The Dreamers social club is run by the dads of the school and organise several activities throughout the year. Events include the big freeze swim, fundraising events, various social gatherings, and the epic annual Dad’s footy match.
All are very welcome and it’s a great way to meet other dads, uncles or careers - so if you’re keen to be involved (or think your husband or partner would benefit from this great community group), send us an email with your details to bbpsdreamers@gmail.com or speak to one of our current members!
