Booklists and Parent payment arrangements for 2026

All students will be provided with a copy of the following:

• 2026 Parent Payment details
• Booklists for 2026 and subject selections for 2026 Year 9 to 12 students. The booklists will need to be completed no later than Friday 21st November 2025.  These can be done online at www.schoolworkssupplies.com.au 

• Camps Sports and Excursion Fund form

   

If your child has not received their pack, please ask them to contact their hub or give our College a call.

MBYOD Devices

Purchasing a new device

If you plan to purchase a new device as a BYOD there is no requirement that you purchase from any particular supplier. Devices should have:

• CPU Intel Core i3
• 8 Gig RAM
• at least 128 GB of storage
• 12.2 " screen
• Current Version operating system (Windows 11 Home or higher)
• Anti-Virus Software
• Battery life sufficient for all class use

• Wireless Integrated Card '802.11abgn", "802.llagn", "802.1lac"

   

If you choose to take up the BYOD option, it is strongly recommended that you purchase a Windows based device. 

Our Managed BYOD Supplier

The College's preferred supplier for BYOD is Learning with Technologies (LWT), which is a Department of Education approved supplier offering a range of products catering for entry, mid and advanced needs.

Yard Duty and Supervision - Before and after school 

The Main campus grounds are supervised by school staff from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm. 

Students who may wish to attend school outside of these hours are expected to attend the Malgobila LRC which is open between 3:15 pm and 5 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays for study sessions. Students on College grounds outside these times will not be supervised (unless they are attending a supervised extracurricular activity). 

Student who arrive to school after the first bell should sign in at their Hub. Students who leave during school hours must be collected by a parent/carer who signs them out at the Main Administration Building. 

Parents/carers are requested to ensure that students do not arrive early or stay late after school unless they are attending a pre-arranged supervised activity (for example study sessions, music practice). 

Free public transport

From 1 January 2026, people aged under 18 can travel free on all Victorian public transport services using a new youth myki card. This includes trams, trains, buses and coach services.

To access free travel, they must tap the myki card on and off each time they travel. For areas that do not use myki cards, they must show their myki card to travel free.

Log into your Compass Account/APP for news, report Absences, Reports, Excursion Permissions and pay contributions. Contact Administration if you need setting up or a reset password.
