Children's University Educational Explorer Award

The Educational Explorer award celebrates students who have challenged themselves
with a range of new and interesting learning activities for 2023.

Congratulations to:

Phoebe, for completing Children's Uni for the first time this year with passport and portal
hours and skipping the first award due to completing more than 65 hours.

Ella, for completing Children's Uni for the first time this year with passport and portal
hours and skipping the first award due to completing more than 65 hours.

Gabriel, for the many Children's University portal learning destinations he completed. He
completed 49.5 hours on the online portal and 30.5 hours in his passport.

Ryan, for completing Children's University with the most amount of hours of 188 this
year and our highest level of certificate which was a National Bronze Diploma.

If your child is in years 3-6 and Children's University is something you would like to explore in 2024, look out for the note at the beginning of the year.

Congratulations to Khyeshae for winning the Kiwanis Terrific Kid Award for Term 4. Well deserved!

Wonder Bread Bag's Recycling Program

This year Para Vista Community recycled 4 large boxes worth of bread bags. They are sent to be recycled and the school gains points to spend on equipment. We received our order of play equipment which will be used at break times in 2024.

Thank you for all the recycling and when the program is active next year we will send information out.
