A Great Year in the Community Hub

We had a fun morning at our last Playgroup session. Besides all the activities we have at Playgroup, we read a special book called ‘It’s Christmas’ by Tina Burke. We also had a shared morning tea and all the children received a gift from Santa.

English class was a cooking class last week and we made scones. The recipe is from the South Australian Country Women’s Association (made with lemonade). 

Sewing class have received donations of material in the last few weeks so the ladies had a lot to choose from. Participants are making many outfits such as dresses, pants, Punjabi tops and children's clothes.
