What an amazing BOOK WEEK 2025 ADVENTURE was enjoyed this year at Syndal South! 

Thank you for the effort put into Book character costumes for the parade - everyone looked 'literary' fabulous - well done!

On Friday 29 August the CBCA announced the THEME for BOOK WEEK 2026:-  Symphony of Stories

There is a DESIGN a BOOK WEEK 2026 POSTER Competition for students, who would like

to create, draw and design a Poster based on the theme for next year's BOOK WEEK, which will be used and displayed in the library.  Entry forms are available at the Office and close at the end of this term on FRIDAY 19 September!

Weekly emails continue to be sent home to families regarding overdue books.

Students with book/s outstanding from Terms 1 & 2  must now return these books (If lost then we encourage a new book replacement or $ donation at the school office!)

Yesterday - Wednesday 3 September 2025 - was Indigenous Literacy Day 🖤💛❤️

Books celebrating Dads/Fathers/Grandfathers & Uncles are on display and ready for reading/browsing and borrowing from the library for Father's Day - Sunday 7 September!

All online orders from Issue 6 of LOOP Bookclub are due by 4pm Friday 5th September!
