Holy Family Camp Program
In a few weeks our Year 5/6 students will be attending their annual school camp from Wednesday 26th- Friday 28th August, and this year will be going to Alexandra Adventure Resort.
Thank you parents for completing the permission form on SIMON. This information is used to prepare a successful experience for your child.
If any information you have provided changes in the coming weeks, please contact Eithne King immediately, so this information can be passed on to Alexandra Adeventure Resort.
FOOD ALLERGIES/INTOLERANCES
This information provided has been collated and is being passed onto the camp catering team.
MEDICATIONS FOR CAMP
If you have responded that your child will need to take medication whilst away on camp, you will received a hard copy note in the coming days. It is imperative that you check this document and send it back to me ASAP with any changes required or just signed to confirm everything is correct. This note will also outline procedures and expectati for providing medications.
Students who have a current allergy or asthma plan on record at school, are not included in this. We will take the medications from school you have provided and follow action plans as appropriate. A spare EPI-PEN will need to be provided from home for camp.
