There’s plenty of creativity happening in the art room this term as students continue preparing for our Around the World Art Show! Below is a brief outline of what our students will be creating this term:
• Prep: Colourful artworks inspired by Piet Mondrian.
• Grade 1: Torn paper collages inspired by Alma Thomas.
• Grade 2: Patterned portraits inspired by Gustav Klimt.
• Grade 3: Expressive cardboard face artworks influenced by Pablo Picasso and Cubism.
• Grade 4: Vibrant leopard artworks and woven creations inspired by Helen Frankenthaler and the Tjanpi Desert Weavers.
• Grade 5: Neurographic artworks inspired by Joan Miró.
• Grade 6: Still-life oil pasteled fruits and vegetables inspired by Paul Cézanne.
Parent Collage Night Survey

This special evening will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents, enjoy a relaxed and creative atmosphere, and create your own artwork alongside the talented designers from That Paper Joint.
