Angelico Art Award Winners

We are delighted to share the wonderful news that several of our art students were recognised as Art Award winners at the opening of the Angelico Art Exhibition. This is an outstanding achievement and a wonderful reflection of their creativity, dedication, and artistic talent. We are incredibly proud to see their hard work and talent recognised in this way.

The Angelico Art Exhibition celebrates the exceptional creativity and artistic talent of Catholic school students from across Western Australia. Named after Blessed Fra Angelico, the Patron of Artists, the exhibition is a significant annual event on the Catholic school arts calendar. It provides students with a valuable opportunity to showcase their work, celebrate their achievements and share their creativity with the wider community.

Venue:Forrest Centre, 221 St Georges Terrace, Perth

Weekdays: Until Friday, 29 August, 9.00am–4.00pm

Saturday Viewing: 22 August, 1.00pm–3.00pm – open to students, families and the wider community.

Volunteers Needed

Thank you to everyone who has been giving up their time to assist with Performing Arts sessions being held at Trinity this term. Still to come are the Percussion Ensemble Day and Choral Singing Week which require a few more volunteers to assist the staff. If you can give an hour or two to help it would be greatly appreciated. 

Opportunity for Young WA Country Music Artists

Nominations are now open for the 2027 West Australian Country Music Awards, including a Junior Artist of the Year category.

Spirit of the Arts events; volunteering opportunities

In Term 3, the College will host numerous Spirit of the Arts events - for which we will also request volunteer support.

Friends of Performing Arts: 2026 CPAF Instrumental Sessions at Trinity

Performing Arts Festival Reminder  

The 37th Annual Performing Arts Festival for Catholic Schools & Colleges has now begun, with many of our students proudly representing the College. The festival will run from Friday, 24 July to Friday, 5 September 2026 across a range of venues. 

Please keep an eye on your inbox for emails from Ms Lisa Krogh (Performing Arts Administration), who will provide important information regarding performance schedules, venues and arrival times. 

For all performances, students are required to wear their full winter uniform, without their jumper. Please note that, despite the uniform requirements listed on the festival schedule, the music tie is not compulsory for our Junior School students. 

If your child is timetabled to wear their sports uniform on the day of a performance, they should come to school dressed in their full formal winter uniform and bring their sports uniform to change into later in the day. This will help ensure formal uniforms are not accidentally left at home when they are needed for festival performances.  

Thank you for your support in helping our students be well prepared. We wish all of our performers the very best as they showcase their talents throughout the festival.
