Teaching and Learning Update

Prime Minister's Spelling Bee
Recently 69 students from Years 3–6 chose to participate in the Prime Minister’s Spelling Bee, demonstrating their enthusiasm for words, spelling and learning!
The Prime Minister’s Spelling Bee is an annual Australian spelling competition that encourages students to build their vocabulary, improve their spelling and develop a love of words. Students are challenged to spell a range of words, from familiar everyday words to more difficult and unusual words. It is a great opportunity for students to challenge themselves and celebrate their learning.
Following the first round, we are thrilled to congratulate the students who have progressed to Round 2! Reaching the next round is a wonderful achievement and recognises the students’ hard work, preparation and persistence.
Congratulations to the students who made it through to Round 2!
