A world of our own
Jemima (Prep)
The best thing was getting to know all the moves and at the end everyone was clapping. My family said it was the best and after the production we went to Maccas and Dad kept saying stuff about how good it was.
Skylah (Prep)
I loved doing my performance, coming out with Ivy and saying our lines. My mum was right at the front of the stage and she was really proud.
Tennyson (Prep)
I liked having a speaking role. I had to step forward, put my hands out and say my line. My family thought it was amazing and me and Navy got heaps of lollies.

Roger (1M)
The best thing was being on stage because it was exciting. I had to do a dance and sing. I did a good job. My Mum and Dad said I did a good job and they were proud. It was fun!
Annabelle (1B)
I enjoyed doing the dance and practicing and performing around lots of people who I'm grateful for. I felt a bit nervous before we went on stage but when we got up on stage I felt calm and confident. I am also grateful for when I was looking at my parents and thinking that I could really do it.

The best thing about production was seeing my mum and dad in the crowd cheering for me. I enjoyed watching all the dances from the other grades on the screen backstage. When we were doing the rehearsals it was cool to be in the audience seeing the performances in person. I feel like I did pretty good. I was very energetic at the end of the dance.
Ava (3B)
Being on stage with everyone we all had to do our best. I was very exciting to be on stage and dance along to the music. I really liked the song and it made me really want to dance.
Eli (3B)
I think I did pretty good. I did all of the moves right and I didn't really make a mistake. Luckily your body doesn't know the difference between nerves and excitement. The best part of the production was just being up there with my friends. I tried my best and I'm proud of myself.

Jude (5W)
We had to practice four times a week, and each time we did three run throughs. That was important so we didn't forget our lines. We practiced until the point that it got boring so that we knew what to do on the night. It really paid off and I didn't forget my lines. It wasn't scary but when we were on the side of the stage I felt nervous because I could see the whole audience of 400 people. When i finally got on stage I felt confident because I knew my lines, and the dance really well. After I did the dance and my lines and I knew I had nailed it I felt proud of myself.

It was really fun rehearsing for production. It was a good experience. I really enjoyed being backstage and exploring the space. The performance for me involved four different dances. I loved having fun with my friends and performing the dances.
