🐛 Foundation Drama – The Very Hungry Caterpillar

Our Foundation students have been getting creative with The Very Hungry Caterpillar! 🐛📚 As part of our Drama learning, students designed and made their own colourful caterpillar puppets before using them to retell the story.

They practised using their voices, actions and puppets to bring the characters and story to life. It was wonderful to see their creativity, confidence and imagination shine as they performed! 🌈🎭

🚒🚓 Emergency Services Expo FLC & JLC

Our students had a fantastic opportunity to learn about emergency services and the important role they play in keeping our community safe during our Emergency Services Expo.

We were lucky to welcome members from Cobram Fire Brigade, Victoria Police, Cobram SES and Ambulance Victoria. They shared information about their jobs, the different ways they help people during emergencies, and what we can do to stay safe.

A huge thank you to all of our emergency service volunteers and professionals for giving up their time, sharing their knowledge and helping our students learn more about the amazing work they do in our community. We are very grateful for your time and dedication! ❤️

Next Term we will be continuing our Personal, Social and Community Health subject. We will also be beginning our music subject for F-6. Grade 5 & 6 will be getting in some drama during their specialist time with Mrs Wiles.
