What's been happening this week? 

ALL ABOUT ANGLES

Our 3/4s have been learning all about angles.  They made an "angle maker" and went looking at angles around our school!

BASKETBALL CLINIC

Last Friday Ben and Liam from the Camberwell Dragons Basketball Association visited Box Hill North Primary School to run some clinics for our Year 1 – 4 students. I was a fun morning practicing our basketball skills in the sunshine. 

GRADE 5 BIKE ED

Bike Ed started this week for our Grade 5s.  There was lots of bike checking and bike-riding fundamentals discussed.

5/6 INTERRELATE SESSIONS

In year 5/6 we began our "Interrelate - Moving Into The Teen Years" program this week. The sessions are run by sensitive, professional presenters who provide clear facts about dealing with a range of life's transitions and challenges.  The program clarifies misconceptions and provides opportunities for students to ask anonymous questions about growing up.  Our first session proved to provide lots of learning in this space.
