There will be no Canteen tomorrow, Wednesday 11 Feb due to the early finish time for Meet and Greets.

Here are a few other reminders:

Logging into QKR

When you log into QKR for the first time of the year it will prompt you to update your child's year level and class teacher.  Please take care to make sure this is correct as this is where your child's lunch will be sent.

Canteen days and orders

The canteen will run on Wednesday and Friday.  Orders cut off the day before at 1:30pm.  Unfortunately, we cannot take late orders.

If it's a special menu day sometimes order cut off can be at different times, so keep an eye on compass messages and the newsletter.

Contacting the Canteen

If you need to contact the canteen you can email at canteen@buninyongps.vic.edu.au 

If it's a canteen day, we get quite busy so it would be best to call the ladies in the office or pop up and see us.

Absent Students

We do our best to accommodate if a student is away ill, unfortunately if we have placed our orders with the wholesalers (Bakery, Sushi Shop) we cannot cancel the order but are very happy if you would like to pop into the school to pick it up. 

If your child is away on camp or an excursion, please remember to not order a lunch order for them (it happens, even I have done this one!)

Volunteers

We love volunteers, if you would like to help out get in contact with us.  You will need to have your working with children check and sign in at the office.

Coffee and Hot Chocolates

The canteen is open every morning for coffee and hot chocolates.  We have cash sales, Eftpos or you can buy a voucher on QKR or at the canteen.  Our vouchers are buy 10 get one free.  We keep these in the canteen and mark them off each time they are used.

Canteen Staff

If you are new to the school and have any questions pop up and see us in the mornings or contact us via email.

My name is Tracey, I am the canteen manager (I will be on leave for six weeks at the start of term 1).  Our other staff member is Rachel, who will be managing while I am away.  Then we have Irene, our very dedicated volunteer who joins us on most days.
