Sharing the love of God

This term we have had a focus in chapel on our charity which is helping those who are homeless. Isaiah 58:7 says, "I want you to share your food with hungry people." (ICB) This is something that as Christians we should be compelled to do. That is why we did the Winter Warmers non-uniform day, and that combined with chapel offerings meant we raised around $1300 this term. 

With this money, we are donating $1000 to the https://300blankets.org.au/ charity, and the rest is saved for our next mission trip into the city (see the students' reactions here: 

We appreciate all the support our community offers to chapel and the charities we give to. May God bless you all these holidays, and may we all have a wonderful Term 3.
