The end of semester is fast approaching. 

Year 11 Exams

The Year 11 Exam period starts next week and runs from Wednesday 3 June through to Friday 12 June. All Unit 1 Subjects will have an exam. Students should use these exams to practice revision skills and reflect on what revision techniques work best for them.This is a good learning opportunity in preparation for Year 12 Exams. 

GAT

All students who are enrolled in one or more VCE or scored VCE VET Unit 3–4 sequence, are expected to complete Sections A and B of the GAT. This is held on Tuesday 16th June. All students will attend a briefing which provides them with additional information on what to expect.

The GAT has two sections:

Years 7 & 12 Fancy Dress

Rehearsals are in full swing. The Year 12s have been spending many of their lunchtimes teaching choreography to their Year 7 class. They are all excited to present these dances on Tuesday 2 June during Period 5.

Food Studies 

Recently, the Year 12 food studies students had a picnic together to look at the social and emotional role of food. Each student made or purchased foods that they have an emotional connection to and we were able to come together to see how sharing a meal or experience together helps to strengthen bonds and create memories.
