HEALTH:
Students have been learning to stay sun smart by remembering the five sun‑safety steps: Slip, Slop, Slap, Seek, Slide. We’ve also talked about keeping hydrated in hot weather, and older students have explored UV ratings. These are great topics to chat about together at home.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION:
In PE, we’re continuing to build our Fundamental Movement Skills—skipping, hopping, jumping, and running. Lately, we’ve been focusing on skipping with a rope, a fantastic way to boost coordination, balance, and fitness. It’s also a fun activity families can enjoy together. All you need is a rope and some enthusiasm!
Lets keep moving and stay safe in the sun!
