An update from our Principal

We have assembly in the Gathering Space this Friday at 2.45pm, so I look forward to seeing some of you there.

CATHOLIC EDUCATION IN NATHALIA

It is with excitement that I announce the formation of a working party to liaise with Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) in regard to the future provision of Catholic Education in Nathalia. The working party is comprised of members from CESL School Provisioning together with our two school campus leaders at St Mary of the Angels and St Francis' Primary, and parent leaders from the two school Advisory Councils.

The primary role of the working party will be to ensure clear and consistent communication between CESL governance and our staff, parents and local community in regard to the educational provision provided in Nathalia. The working party will communicate through the respective school Advisory Councils and school newsletters to keep all of our stakeholders appraised of any CESL decision making that may impact our Nathalia schools, providing an avenue to ensure that any areas requiring further clarity and/or consideration are addressed.

As the CESL Board of Directors continue to oversee the educational provision across all 51 schools in the diocese, we look forward to being part of a dynamic, system-wide approach to ensuring that all of our school's flourish and provide the best opportunities that we can deliver to our students and our community. Please keep an eye out for any upcoming communications from our Nathalia Working Party.

With peace & joy

Bev Thorp and Chris Dainton
