Learning together as one community
Thank you to our wonderful staff and students for making Open Classrooms such a special afternoon. It was fantastic to see our classrooms buzzing with calm, purposeful learning and to watch students proudly sharing their work with families.
We are so grateful to our families for taking the time to come along and engage in their child’s learning journey. The strong partnership between home and school is something we deeply value, and afternoons like this truly showcase that connection.
Thank you to everyone who made it possible - it was a celebration of the great learning happening every day at Holy Spirit.

Throughout Semester One, students have been collecting work samples that demonstrate their learning, growth and progress across all subject areas.
These portfolios will be released to families via Class Dojo, providing a snapshot of each child’s learning journey across the semester.
Our classroom and specialist teachers will notify families when portfolios are available to view.
The work samples reflect not only academic progress, but also the effort, persistence and pride students take in their learning.
We encourage families to take time to explore the portfolio alongside your child and ask reflective questions such as:
These conversations help students strengthen their ability to reflect on their learning and recognise their growth over time.
Thank you for your continued partnership in supporting your child’s learning.
