Overdue forms

Each year, families are asked to complete and return consent forms.  For some families, these forms are now overdue.  If you are unsure, please speak with your child.  If in doubt, please complete and return the below form(s) again.

Local Excursion

A friendly reminder that the Local Excursion consent form is an annual consent form that needs to be completed and returned to the school so your child can participate in activities within our local community. Recent examples of local excursions include Whole School Cross Country and Year 9 Football at Karwan Primary School.

Students without a completed consent form will be unable to attend these activities and will remain onsite at school, where alternative classroom work will be provided.

Photography Consent

All families are asked to complete a Photo Consent form at the time of enrolment, but this consent can be updated anytime after that.  Students without photo consent cannot have their photos published within the school or in our school newsletter.  When completing the photography consent form, please remember to tick the boxes to indicate your consent. 

Students without a signed photo consent form by Tuesday 26th May will be recorded as 'No Photo Consent'.

All consent forms can be handed in at the front office or emailed to brinbeal.sc@education.vic.gov.au
