Nurture Program

The Koala students in Nurture this week have been exploring sensory play with jelly.  Students enjoyed using their hands to investigate the texture, developing their sensory awareness, curiosity, and engagement through play.

Students also began exploring the book We're Going on a Bear Hunt as part of their Colourful Semantics program. Colourful Semantics is a visual sentence-building approach that uses colour-coded symbols and signs to support language development. Through this program, students develop their vocabulary skills, improve their written language, and build an understanding of sentence structure in an engaging and accessible way.
