SECONDARY SCHOOL IMMUNISATION PROGRAM 2024 YEAR 10 – MENINGOCOCCAL ACW&Y
The Secondary School Immunisation Program, delivered by Wellington Shire Council, offers adolescents in year 10 access to the Meningococcal ACW&Y vaccine. The program consists of a single visit by a team of Registered Nurse Immunisers to your child’s secondary school in 2024. The date scheduled for Maffra Secondary College Year 10 students is Wednesday 6th March, 2024.
If you do not consent to have your child vaccinated through the Secondary School Immunisation Program you must indicate this by completing the form and selecting “No.”
