Reminder: Visitor Sign-In

To help us maintain a safe and secure environment for all students, staff and visitors, we kindly remind all parents and caregivers that it is compulsory to sign in at the Main Reception whenever visiting the College during school hours.

Whether attending a meeting, dropping off items, volunteering, or collecting a student, all visitors are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out when leaving. This process is an important part of our duty of care and assists us in ensuring that everyone on site can be accounted for in the event of an emergency.

We appreciate your support and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our entire College community.

OSH Pick-Up: Parking Reminder

As we work together to ensure a safe and smooth pick-up experience for all families, we would like to remind parents and caregivers that the Abernethy Road car park should not be used after 4:30pm when collecting children from Outside School Hours Care (OSH).

Please be aware that the front gate may be closed after this time, which could result in vehicles being unable to exit the College grounds.

To avoid any inconvenience, families collecting children from OSH are encouraged to park in the Mead Street car park and walk to the OSH facility for collection.

Riding to School Safely

As more students choose to ride their bikes and scooters to school, we ask families to help reinforce the importance of safe riding practices.

Students should always wear a correctly fitted helmet and suitable footwear when travelling to and from school. We also encourage the use of high-visibility clothing and other protective equipment where appropriate.
