Enrolments and Fees

Fee Enquiries

We are aware that some families have questions regarding fee statements. As part of the transition to our new system, a small number of details did not transfer as expected and are being identified as families contact us.

To assist us in responding as efficiently as possible, please direct any enquiries regarding statements, concessions, or direct debit schedules to fees@mmcrc.catholic.edu.au. When emailing, please include as much relevant information as possible about your enquiry.

Email is the most effective way for the Fees Team to review and address queries. 

Direct Debit

For families wanting to pay via direct debit, please complete and submit a new direct debit form to fees@mmcrc.catholic.edu.au. Please note that no direct debits will be deducted until we have the new direct debit form. The updated direct debit form can be found on our website under the “Enrolment, Uniform & Fees” tab.

Concessions

If you believe you are entitled to a concession due to being the holder of a HealthCare Card, please forward a copy of your card to fees@mmcrc.catholic.edu.au as soon as possible.  Please note that we are unable to apply the concession if we do not hold a copy of a valid HealthCare Card.

SCHOOL FEES

With the introduction of our new finance system, there has been a short delay in issuing school fee accounts for 2026. We appreciate your patience and understanding. We are pleased to advise that all fee statements will be sent to families next week.

Payment plans will be available from the end of February through to the end of November 2026.

School Fees for 2026 are as follows:-

Cost per student or family :

• 1 Student            $ 6,857

• 2 Students          $11,850

• 3 Students          $15,283

Please note: Total Fees include Tuition fees, Capital levy, Magazine levy, Camp, Sport, Excursion Levies, Laptop, compulsory education subscriptions and Bus

CAMPS, SPORTS AND EXCURSIONS FUND (CSEF) 

Payment Arrangements

Families holding a valid means-tested Centrelink concession card are eligible to apply for a payment of $400, which will be paid directly to the College to be used towards camps, sports and excursion costs.  Applications are assessed by Centrelink and are based on valid concession cards.

Application forms are to be completed and lodged with schools. However, the school will be able to accept and process applications up until 26th June 2026. Regular payment runs will occur throughout Terms One and Two.

Families wishing to apply for the payment should visit the CSEF website at https://www.vic.gov.au/camps-sports-and-excursions-fund and download an application form, complete and return it to school by 26th June, or alternatively pick up an application form from the College office.
