The Inner Me Kids ™ Yoga and Breathing Card Game & Activity kit, has a variety of cards and activities to play with. The main focus us on yoga poses and learning to do them in a fun and safe environment. There are many games and stories to play with the cards and kids are encouraged to use their own imagination.

There are also a variety of breathing techniques for mindfulness and yoga partner poses to encourage teamwork.

It is a creative way for children, families and educators to move their bodies, talk about feelings, moods and realize the power within each one of us. As well as learning to connect to our breath consciously and connect mind and body through play.

The card deck has single and partner poses as well as breathing techniques, emotional intelligence activity and more.
