Careers
Year 12 Students
One-on-one ‘Pathways Post Aitken’ interviews with Careers staff are progressing well. In the main, we have found students to be reliable and well prepared for these interviews and are quite delighted.
VTAC Applications and SEAS
Timely VTAC applications need to be submitted by 29 September (so there is still plenty of time). We are hoping all potential VTAC applicants will have submitted their ‘first draft’ by the end of this term. Careers staff are assisting students with this process. A reminder that Special Entry Access Schemes (SEAS) applications, including any necessary Supporting Statements and other documentation, must be submitted by 5:00pm on Friday 7 October. No late applications can be accepted.
Payments
To be considered for an offer in the December Offer Round on 21 December, students must have paid their $44 VTAC application fee by 6 December. If the fee is not paid the student is removed from the pool of potential applicants and is not eligible to receive an offer.
Early Offer Programs
Applications have been open for some time. Please note the following closing dates for each program:
- ACU Guarantee - 23 September
- La Trobe University Aspire - 16 September
- RMIT Early Offer Scheme - 18 September
- Swinburne Early Entry - 6 October
