From the Principal 

Return to School will start next week.

We can't wait for your Prep and Year One students to be the first to come back to school next Monday until Wednesday and then the Year Two students on Thursday and Friday.  It is somewhat unusual for this type of return but the Department of Health is aiming to maintain the year levels in bubbles so that the transition to onsite learning for everyone is manageable and safe.

The staff are ready and prepared to maintain the learning environments to be hygienic and safe for all.

Playground equipment replacement is competed

The students currently onsite were so excited to use the new play equipment and have enjoyed using all the various apparatus. 

MACSIS Surveys

All families should have received an email from ORIMA Research, which acts on behalf of MACS, where you have been invited to take part in a survey with questions centered around our school. Each family has their own password and all answers are anonymous. Once ORIMA collates the information the school will use the data to develop a School Improvement Framework  to drive continuous school improvement.  Please let me know if you haven't received the email.  The survey is open until Thursday 28 October.

Netflix Squid Game series

The staff wish to bring to your attention a series on Netflix called Squid Games.  This has a 15 years + rating and is extremely violent.  Please keep an eye on your child/ren should they be watching it as it is not recommended for their viewing.

Report Writing Day 

Monday 1 November is a Pupil Free Day thus allowing teachers to prepare the Semester Two reports.
