Grievance Team along with the District Management are finalizing an MOU which stipulates that the ELTPs and PALs will be receiving the stipend one more time for the 2019-2020 school year for performing as  Induction Coaches. In the future, ELTPs and PALs will no longer receive this stipend because it is now included in their job description.


*Please note that members who support new teachers and continue to do Induction Coaching over their 7.25 day will still receive a stipend.

The District shall pay an annual stipend of $1,456 to each unit member assigned to mentor one employee in the Program and $1,800 for each unit member assigned to mentor two or more employees.
