How to cancel your Before and After School Care booking for 2021 without incurring fees
If you no longer need your 2021 booking, please get in touch ASAP to cancel.
If you are unsure if you have a pre-lockdown booking that you aren't using, please check your Smartcentral statements or get in touch on the details below.
2022 Before and After school care bookings are now open
Bookings can be made online via Smartcentral. If you have an existing booking, we emailed you a re-enrolment link last Friday. Click the link, check the information is correct, select your care requirements in the ‘bookings’ section and click submit.
PLEASE NOTE: you will not be able to change the child or parent’s names, dates of birth, or CRNs.

You will be able to change addresses, phone numbers, authorisations and health details.

Holiday program plan and bookings open Monday 29/11/21
Biz - E - Kidz is excited to release our 2022 summer holiday program plan.
BOOKINGS OPEN MONDAY 29/11/21. (You will not be able to make a booking before then.)

How to make a booking
Please note: bookings open Monday 29th of November, you will not be able to make a booking before then.
- Follow the link https://www.smartcentral.net/v2/service_profile/show/353 or the bookings page of the Biz – E – Kidz section of the NMPS website
- Click the ‘Apply’ button
- Log into your Smartcentral account using your email address as the login or sign up for a new account if you are a first-time Biz – E – Kidz user.
- Click ‘Copy’ to begin your holiday program application
- Check all the information is correct and complete
- In the bookings section, select ‘vacation care’ from the drop-down menu and select your required days. Review your application and click submit.
PLEASE NOTE: you will not be able to make bookings BEFORE Monday 29/11/22 at 7:15 am.
- Confirmations will be sent via email on the week beginning 6/12/20
- Bookings close 3/12/20. Any applications made after this date will be confirmed within 3 working days and are subject to availability.
Please note, any booking made after Friday 17/12/21 will not be confirmed until after 10/1/22.
- Deposits of $10 per child per day are due by Friday 10/12/21. Any changes, cancelations, and no shows after this date will incur a $30 per child per day fee
Farewell to educators Timea and Indi
It is with sadness that I announce that two beloved educators are leaving Biz – E – Kidz, Timea, and Indi. Both are long-serving and valued members of the Biz – E – Kidz team and will be greatly missed. Timea and her family are moving interstate and Indi is beginning a new full-time job. We wish them all the best in the new and exciting chapters of their lives and welcome them to come and visit anytime!
