Junior Sport Parent's Survey

Hi there!

We want to hear from parents of school-age children about their experiences with sports and active recreation. Help us understand the challenges and opportunities you and your children face in participating in these activities. 

Your input is valuable, and we appreciate your time and insights!  

As a thank you for filling out our survey, the first 25 respondents will receive a free group swim pass from Aquamoves and Greater Shepparton City Council, along with a free casual entry pass from the Shepparton Sports Stadium!

Plus, all survey participants have a chance to win $150 towards your child's sporting equipment or membership fees.  Stay with us to the end of the survey for your chance to win.
