Please feel free to come to one of our activities in the Hub. They are all free. You are more than welcome to come with a friend and join in together.
If you need any support completing forms or need help linking to local services please let us know. We also have access to the Translating and Interpreting Service if needed.

· Develop personal skills and self esteem
· Understand pathways available
