Parents and Friends (PFA)

Our last newsletter update for 2025. What a year we have had - none of which would have been possible without all of our PFA members. Shout outs to Jacqui, Renee, Lillie, Kerrie, Jenny, Mel, and Tamara. Your dedication this year has been amazing. The meetings, the brainstorming, the creative ideas, the hard work to ensure PFA events go off without hiccups! And you all do it on top of your daily jobs and family commitments. So on behalf of OPS students and families, thank you.

Anyone looking to join the PFA next year, our AGM will be held in February / March so please get a form from the office and complete ready for then 🙂

Fundraising Goal: 2026 fundraising goals will be locked in early in the New Year. Students and families are encouraged to share their thoughts and ideas.

Krispy Kreme Donut Fundraiser	completed	All funds raised went towards the end of year Christmas Raffle and to the bank balance for the start of next year.
Sandpit Official Opening	Rained out	We are so grateful to the OPS community for all your hard work and support over the past year. Thank you so very much for making the sandpit upgrade a possibility. The students are absolutely loving the new space.
Summer BBQ - Sausage Sizzle & Ice Cream Van	completed	Nothing feels more like summer than snags on the bbq and an ice cream! The ice cream truck was definitely a winner!
End of Year Raffle	Dec 10	Raffle tickets on sale now! Amazing prizes up for grabs. Raffle will be drawn at the end of year concert.
Christmas Bizarre	Dec 12	So much fun to be had at the Christmas Bizarre. This will be FREE event for all students to participate in.
