Sports News

Welcome back to what promises to be an exciting and rewarding 2026! We hope you all had an enjoyable break, spending quality time with family and friends. As we begin this new school year, we are filled with enthusiasm for the opportunities ahead—new learning experiences, exciting events and the chance to build on the strong sense of community that makes our school so special.
Our school’s sporting calendar is kicking off with a splash as we gear up for the 2026 Swimming Carnival on Thursday 12th February! This is a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase their swimming skills, earn valuable house points and enjoy a day of friendly competition and school spirit. Whether you're diving into race, cheering from the sidelines or participating in novelty events, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t forget to wear your house colours and bring your energy—we can’t wait to see who will take home the championship!
- A reminder to parents/carers to make sure you have given permission for this event through COMPASS
Beyond the pool, our team sports season is also in full swing. There are opportunities to compete in a wide range of sports including netball, tennis and volleyball. Students are encouraged to get involved, represent the school and develop their teamwork and leadership skills. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or trying a new sport for the first time, now is the perfect time to sign up, train hard and be part of something special.
