School Uniforms

Monday / Tuesday / Thursday - Summer Uniform

Wednesday / Friday - Sports Uniform

Term 2 we will start to transition into winter uniform.

Boys Winter Uniform: Long-sleeve blue shirt, grey school pants, school tie, grey jumper or navy jacket, grey school socks, black school shoes or black leather look-alike joggers, navy hat with school emblem.

Girls Winter Uniform: Long-sleeve blue shirt, grey or navy school pants or grey skirt, school tie, grey jumper or navy jacket, white socks, black school shoes, navy hat with school emblem.

Our Uniform Shop has a large variety of uniform items available

(new and/or 2nd hand)

Boys/Girls Sports Uniform: School sport shirt, navy blue shorts, or skirt/skort, short white socks, sports shoes, navy tracksuit in winter months.

Head Lice

We are writing to inform you that we have been made aware of cases of head lice within our school community. Please don't worry—head lice are a common occurrence in schools and are not a sign of poor hygiene or a reflection of the cleanliness of a home or school. They do not spread disease, but they can be a nuisance!

What You Need to Do

To help us manage this and keep our students comfortable, we ask that all families take the following steps this weekend:

Check Your Child: Carefully examine your child’s hair and scalp (especially behind the ears and at the nape of the neck) for live lice or eggs (nits).
Treat if Necessary: If you find live lice or eggs, please begin a treatment immediately. You can find over-the-counter options at most pharmacies.

Quick Facts & Prevention

Transmission: Lice don't jump or fly; they spread primarily through direct head-to-head contact.
Sharing is Not Caring: Remind your children not to share hats, helmets, hairbrushes, or hair ties.
The "Long Hair" Tip: If your child has long hair, keeping it tied back in a braid or ponytail can help reduce the risk of contact.

Canteen

Canteen will be open on Thursday's. Watch for weekly communications for what's on the menu. If you are able to volunteer or supply morning tea for canteen days please contact the school office.

Please place money in a labelled bag.

Thank you to the parents that have put their hand up to help out in the canteen while Mel has been away. Canteen would not be operate without your help!

P&F

Due to unforeseen circumstances our AGM set for Monday 16th March had to be postponed. Families will be notified when a new date has been set. The P&F help provide funding for the end of year excursions, Year 6 shirts, and many other activities that the students participate in. Last year the P&F held fundraisers like the bulb drive, BBQ's (races and clearing sales), a Trivia Night and Thursday's canteen. We encourage parents to attend so we can continue the ongoing support of our P&F.
